In 2011 - 2012, I had the the good fortune of getting to do a cross training assigment, in Hershey's Global Trends & Strategic Foresight group. One of the first things I did was go to University of Houston and get my certificate in Strategic Foresight. As part of the certificate program, you had to do a class assignment, and I chose Big Data in the Food Industry in 2022 (10 year forecast).

This was simply a class assignment.
